Survival Strategies

Playing as a Survivor (Bart)

Your goal is to stay alive until the timer runs out. Use these tactics to escape Homer's grasp:

The "Door Juke"

When Homer is chasing you, run through a door and immediately hide in the corner behind the door frame. Many players tend to rush past the entrance, losing sight of you.

Utilize 2D Skins

Skins like "Emo Bart" or other 2D variants have a smaller visual profile, making it easier to blend into dark corners and thin gaps.

Verticality

In maps like the Simpsons House, use the stairs and furniture to create distance. Jumping from the second floor to the first can confuse Homer's tracking.

Audio Cues

Listen for Homer's proximity sounds. If the music or voice lines get louder, start moving toward a pre-planned escape route.

Map Knowledge: The Simpsons House

The Attic: A high-risk, high-reward spot. It's hard to reach, but if Homer comes up, you have very limited exit options.

The Wardrobes: You can hide inside or behind wardrobes. If you are a 2D skin, hiding behind objects is often safer than being inside a searchable container.

Pro Tips & Glitches (Use at your own risk)

Wall Jumping: Mastering the "Shift Lock" jump against certain walls can allow you to reach rooftops that are normally inaccessible to Homer.

Lobby Obby: Practice the parkour in the lobby while waiting for a match. It helps improve your movement precision for high-stakes chases.

Key Survival Principles

  • Always have an escape plan - don't hide in dead ends
  • Use the environment to your advantage - tables, furniture, and obstacles can help you loop Homer
  • Stay mobile when possible - constant movement makes you harder to track
  • Know your hiding spots - familiarize yourself with each map's best locations
  • Listen carefully - audio cues can save your life
